Had a great time here. The food is amazing. Really good value and great atmosphere. I'm Vegetarian and was pleased to find 2 Vegetarian choices on the menu. The tea was really good too! A very nice gentleman called Steve, who worked there, gave me a little talk on the history of the building, and interesting to know it's a family run establishment. Will return if I travel to Greenwich again.
Tldr; great mince pies and dessert (pictured). Eels are OK. Came here for pies, tea, and eels (my first time), all recommended. Food is at a great price, served in a cozy setting, and delicious, =delicious= mince pies and hot, =hot= desserts. My first time with eels was 'meh' - strong fishy taste, but not much else. At least the bones are easy to pick! Would come again and recommend for the pies. Looking forward to trying any more!
I really liked having breakfast here, it's an area of London I had not yet visited, but from what I gathered, this place had history and Gave me a good feel of Greenwich. The food was traditional and wholesome, and yet didn't take a big bite out of the wallet either; good food for cheap. If you like pie, give this spot a try.

The Best Pie in London! I love this place for its taste, extremely nice service and good prices. Moreover, the atmosphere of this restaurant is wonderful. Always a lot of people loud and that's how it should be. I recommend highly !
This shop was amazing, me and my husband had our crying baby who was distressed and hungry, we just wanted some mash and the staff was absolutely lovely. The food tasted good and they even bought us over some water for baby to drink. Their customer service deserves 10 star and just such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re in Greenwich definitely give them a try ❤️
Food is great, I had chillie minced pies and mash potatoes. Then I had the black rhubarb crumble with custard and coffe which was brilliant. I didn't have the best experience with the service at the till. Perhaps they were tired, I don't know

Really good pie and mash for such a reasonable price. The service is very quick and plenty of space to sit and eat. The apple crumble is also really nice.
Always good in here and I'm from the East end never thought I go south for pie n mash

A1
Awesome pie shop. Service is super friendly. The restaurant is super cool. Seating areas are old school. Delicious food and more importantly very affordable. Hot food for a nice cold day. Dessert is fantastic. A must visit during one’s trip to Greenwich!
Possibly the best pie and mash in London. Pies are home made and portions are generous. Best pies for me were the chicken & mushroom and the steak & ale pie, served with your choice of potato mash, mushy peas, baked beans and liquor or gravy. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Great authentic old school vibes.
